Kids BOOST! Social Skills Groups

This hands-on program is designed to help children acquire and practice vital social, emotional and communication skills and apply them to real-life situations.

Students are divided into small groups and placed according to the following criteria at the therapist’s discretion:

  • Sharing/Turn-taking
  • Compromise
  • Problem-solving
  • Initiating and concluding conversation
  • Establishing and maintaining healthy friendships
  • Respectful, active listening
  • Addressing a group
  • Expressing yourself appropriately
