Life coaches help individuals meet life’s many challenges with more clarity, persistence and confidence. They do so by tapping into each individual’s unique set of skills and strengths. Our approach to adult therapy is integrative which means we pull from many therapy styles and modalities to accommodate the unique circumstances, goals, and personalities of the individuals we treat. Our therapists have received training in a range of therapy orientations and techniques including:
