Beth Schweitzer

Beth Schweitzer is a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, adults and families focusing on parenting, life transitions, and relationship issues. She also has experience counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Beth earned her Bachelors Degree from Cornell University and her MA in Marriage and Therapy from Fairfield University. She currently lives in Weston, CT with her family.

Beth is an empathetic and goal-oriented therapist who has experience working with adolescents and their parents through her work in a local youth services department. She is trained in Aggression Replacement (ART), an evidenced-based anger management program, and has run group trainings for high school students. Beth has also run groups for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) to support parents and caregivers of individuals who struggle with mental illness, behavioral issues or learning differences. Beth’s goal is to provide a safe nonjudgmental environment for her clients where they can make real changes and be heard.
