Sara Foster

Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts (AB) from The University of Michigan and a JD from The Cardozo School of Law. She is a graduate of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) – certified coaching program at Lumia and focuses on helping people of all ages discover and nurture healthy and fulfilling relationships.

Sara’s prior training and experience has guided her towards her career as a life coach. She specializes in relationships, and partners with each of her clients to encourage a path of self-exploration and forward movement. She utilizes her training in powerful questioning to create awareness, set goals, provide support, and design actions.

Sara is available virtually or in-person in the Scarsdale office. She resides in Scarsdale with her husband and three children.
